Hydraulic correction bracket
Product Struction
It is a supporting hydraulic deviation correction device, which is composed of a self-aligning wheel composite pump composed of a self-aligning wheel and an oil pump, a combined oil cylinder composed of an integrated block and an oil cylinder, and an oil pipe mechanism. When the belt runs in the center, the belt contacts the lower part of the left and right bar wheel composite pumps, which is considered normal operation. If the belt runs to the left, start the left self-aligning wheel composite pump, and the self-aligning wheel generates a reverse thrust on one side, pushing the belt to the middle side. As the belt runs, it drives the belt oil to rotate and generate pressure. The oil goes through the pipeline to the combined oil cylinder, pushing the oil plug to drive the (upper or lower) self-aligning roller to deflect forward, driving the belt to run to the right and center. On the contrary, when the belt deviates to the right, the right self-aligning wheel composite pushes the belt to the middle on one side, and rotates on the other side to generate pressure oil combination to pull the piston rod to drive (upper or lower), and the self-aligning roller deflects backward to drive the belt to run to the left and center.
