The utility model has a large carrying capacity, strong overload capacity, smooth transmission, low noise, long service life, and convenient maintenance, occupying a place in the industry. Even the best equipment requires attention to its corresponding maintenance during normal operation, so the following points should be noted when the equipment is running:
- External electric rollers should be started when unloaded.
- Perform minor repairs every six months, mainly to check the wear and looseness of electric roller components, check the insulation resistance of motor windings, check the wear of rubber seals (oil seals), and adjust their spring tension.
- Overhaul every two years. When overhauling, disassemble the external electric rollers for inspection, replace worn parts, replace lubricating oil and grease, and repair according to maintenance requirements.
- In the rubber seal ring of the sealing lip, because there is quartz sand, the wear of the motor shaft extension is more serious. Tests have shown that after the electric roller works for 240 hours, the diameter of the extended end of the motor shaft can be reduced by 0.26 mm. Therefore, it is possible to consider high-frequency surface quenching treatment of the contact part between the motor shaft extension end and the sealing lip, so that the hardness of the equipment is increased to HRC4050, and then further improve the wear resistance of the equipment through corresponding grinding processes.
In addition to strictly following the above steps during normal use, regular maintenance should also be carried out to extend the service life of the equipment.
