Working Principle
- Detection: When the conveyor belt runs off-track, it touches the vertical friction roller (sensor roller) on the side.
- Activation: The friction roller rotates the oil pump, generating hydraulic pressure.
- Correction: The pressure activates the internal oil cylinder, which pushes the idler frame to rotate. This angular change forces the belt back to the center line smoothly and effectively.
